We are realizing how much administration stuff is done in committees and ministry teams bogging them down from doing ministry so we are working to stream line some of that her way to free them up and make the admin stuff happen on a more consistent basis.</p> Mike,

She answers the phone, puts our weekly bulletin and newsletter together for distribution, helps with copies and such for our preschool, and enters data into the computer.
