&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the info.  That is pretty much we think she will be doing but I wanted to throw it out there to see if we are missing anything.  We are realizing how much administration stuff is done in committees and ministry teams bogging them down from doing ministry so we are working to stream line some of that her way to free them up and make the admin stuff happen on a more consistent basis.&lt;/p&gt;
