Revolution Church in southern California has a used furniture store, Sturdy Furniture. They get used furniture from hotels that are remodeling and throwing out their old furniture which is most cases is still good, solid furniture.
This is what they have to say about why they exist, “Okay, here’s the scoop. We started noticing that lots of people have a hard time affording quality furniture in Southern California, so we decided to do something about it. We didn’t want to offer cheap stuff that would just fall apart in a few months. We wanted to offer something that would last.”
