Last night we had our first student ministry volunteer meeting. I have been meeting with a Jr High volunteer and deacon pretty regularly to pray and talk about the SM but had not really been sucessful at communicating with them about what is going on or getting their imput on what is going on. So any way it was a great meeting. I feel really good about laying out a vision for their involvement and needing their help in planning and dreaming. We also disussed a dream that I have for our ministry that will kick off a new era for our ministry, I’m calling starting fresh, where we are looking at things through clean lens and everything is open to discussion and change strating with making the room we use look more like a room for teenagers and adding a few new elements to our programs.
